Really friendly service and a very clean shop. Products are exhibited in nice glass showcases. I was very pleased coming here with my fiance. The associate was very friendly, welcoming, and informative about pproducts. Also gave us advice on what product to purchase for our needs. This place is 10/10 and really recommend for you to stop by and give it a shot.

So I was pleased when I had a not so great experience and someone reached out to me.
I expressed my dissatisfaction and my experience was turned around. I was reached out to via email AND mobile by the owner. I felt valued for it being my first time inside the store. I truly felt that the owner cared about my first experience not being so great and therefore made up for it. I left and recommended my sister to come here. I found my home store. Although, I did not meet the owner personally, I felt pleased. Thank you

P.S the decor in here is super dope. Fast service. Smells fresh and clean. Variety of goods and an epic wall painting!

Second time going into the shop and both experiences were great. The staff behind the counter know their products, the products are quality and great customer service, just a good atmosphere and this is where me and my family will go for our CBD oil, good stuff for joint pain!

Needed a piece for my glass hookah and they had exactly what I needed. They had a friendly staff that was able to find it for me.

Been to few smoke shops in the Austin area. Wizard hat has to be one of the best. They are actually helpful and friendly. Been to few planet ks. And literally every store I goto. They all seem like they snorted a Xanax before hopping on a shift. They give you attitude when you need help. Pretty low quality pieces to. Definitely a gimmick for Austin.

Love love love the Pfulgerville location. Parmer is rather small but same vibe. The Pfulgerville staff help my husband and I out on a weekly basis. We have way too much glass art now. (You can never have enough) we have to buy a new cabinet to fit them all!! Keep killing it!!

This place has the best kratom on the planet! They get their kratom from a local kratom processor called Moon Kratom. Lowest prices in town. This place is beautiful! Cigars, E-cig stuff and hookah stuff as well as an endless selection of functional glass art

Great products and my boy Salad was very helpful. I love the variety of products from; tobacco pipes, topical use products all the way to stickers for the advertising I'll be rep'n. ADULTS ONLY OF COURSE, but they have something for every Adult. Great location, pricing and outstanding customer service. You will see in the picture of greatness how I do my shopping. So many yes' and hell yes's in that photo alone. #KeepKratomLegal please use responsibly. I wouldn't want Our Great State to become like those in and around Appalachia. Nobody should be without safe alternatives that are completely legal and WILL SAVE LIFES!

Nice to have a nice friendly shop in south Austin with variety. Local and imported pieces. Plenty to choose from. The guys can tell you all about the local artists. Will be back.

I came in here for two items and was helped immediately. The staff was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I didn't look around too much but there is some really cool art on the back wall. A bonus to this location is once you make a purchase you can head next door to my favorite butcher shop for some yummy meat and other goodies. This plaza has it all! Enjoy!

I went to Wizard Hat for the first time about 6 weeks ago. I was looking for something very specific. I was greeted by the most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person! They have a fantastic variety and the best prices. I find myself going there every couple of weeks now to see what is new and see the glass and art. I also bought a cool purse! They have everything you expect and lots of things you would not expect. Go there!

They've got two locations so far and are opening a third soon. There's a reason for their success. Great prices and friendly staff.
